I use this on my sore, aching knees and legs after a long day on my feet. If I have a stiff neck, it helps too. It's so easy to use too. When I'm studying or reading, I roll it over my eyelids and forehead and I feel refreshed This is also an effective and great product to add in to your skincare routine. Helps to reduce puffiness. There is so much you can do with this it really is worth the money!
